An open consultation by the UK government. “End of life care coordination: national information standard”
This standard identifies the core content to be held in the Electronic Palliative Care Coordination Systems (EPaCCS) and aims to support communication and co-ordination of end of life care between the professionals and services delivering care.
EPaCCS users and implementers, IT systems suppliers and other interested parties are invited to comment.

I’m late to catch this one, as it closes on 27th March 2015 at 5:00pm, but if you’re involved at all in the more technical side of end of life care, then this is worth knowing about.
